Emerald Bay Estates authorizes its Members to engage in recreational activities on the lake and wants to promote safety. Please see lake rules regarding lake use, watercraft and fishing.

Boat Dock Specifications

Boat dock plans need to be submitted for approval to the HOA. (316) 942-0793 fax or email Gaylan Nett.

  1. Colors - Two colors for options for dock roofing (Sahara Tan, and Light Stone).

  2. Roof - Gable or hip roof structures are approved. No high pitched roofs are pre-approved.

  3. Stories - No 2 stories are pre-approved.

  4. Decking - No product limitations on decking materials.

  5. Size - 26 x 28 Standard dock size or smaller are pre-approved (includes 8x28 swim platform).

  6. Roof Size - Maximum cover 18x28 pre-approved.

  7. Docks - All Dock Plans should be submitted to architectural control for final approval.
